Taiwan is planning to tighten the cryptocurrency laws in the country to avoid serious issues like money laundering.
Sources states that the regulatory framework will get completed by November as per the directives of Justice Minister Qiu Taisan. The new rules and regulations have to be in place before the “Asia / Pacific Group on Money Laundering” visits the country.
Central Bank, Ministry of Interior and its Bureau of Investigation of Taiwan aims to regulate the dealings done with Cryptocurrencies.
